Mary Kovacs

Mary has always had an interest in real estate, often noticing “for sale” signs anywhere she went. Following high school, she interned for an agent in her hometown of Winchester, VA. Her career took a pause when she became a milspouse and moved to OH, where she started a family with her husband. Two boys and a retired airman later, Mary and her family found their way back to VA in December 2023. She has developed a deep appreciation for the Hampton Roads area, especially the serene, rural charm of Suffolk. Outside of real estate, Mary has a passion for reading, baking and staying active. If she’s not at home, you can catch her teaching a class at her local gym. She’s a social butterfly and her friendly, outgoing personality makes her a natural at building connections. She thrives on meeting new people and finding common ground. As an experienced homeowner, Mary understands the complexities and emotions involved in both buying and selling a home. Especially when children and pets are involved! She’ll be your cheerleader every step of the way, and she might even bake you something yummy during the process!
